HYBE x Geffen The Debut: Dream Academy

Ophelia was invited by HYBE Corporation and their partners at Universal and Geffen to support the production of their latest survival-style series, “The Debut: Dream Academy,” where contestants compete for a spot on the final lineup of the world’s first international girl group: KATSEYE. The mission: Infuse the project with an elite, Ivy League-inspired aesthetic while still giving the girls room for their personalities to shine.

Upon concept review, it became clear that Ophelia's motion graphics and branding experience could elevate the project in addition to production support. A plan was developed that catered to the production aspects but it also provided a plan for the design team to support all branding and graphic assets. Over the 6 month engagement, Ophelia produced hundreds of assets and several shoots, including a month of production in Seoul, South Korea.
